More Love…

Port Townsend Gallery often surprises people. What may seem at first like a traditional space is, in fact, a lively, artist-run gallery that is always evolving. The work rotates frequently, artists are actively creating new pieces, and the gallery itself changes with fresh ideas and thoughtful presentation.

Everything here is original, professionally made work—created and sold directly by the artists. That direct connection is what makes the work accessible, not a compromise in quality. You’ll find an intentional range of media and styles, from painting and sculpture to jewelry, glass, and ceramics, curated to show the many ways creativity shows up. Whether you’re a serious collector or simply exploring what catches your eye, the space invites curiosity and discovery.

At the same time, we’re mindful of the larger moment we’re living in. As nonviolence, resistance, and protest resonate throughout the art world, we’re reminded why art—and community—matter so deeply.

“I began this writing project for Northwind with the idea of more love. I stand by that as the way forward,” says Martha Worthly, Executive Director of Northwind Arts.

We stand with that sentiment. Art has always been a place for connection as much as expression. Our hope is to keep weaving human connection, creativity, and love into the work we share and the community we build—welcoming everyone in, whether you’re just looking or ready to live with art every day.

New from Beverly McNeil

This is a Horned Grebe in winter plumage, photographed earlier this week at Neah Bay.

The photo is available as part of Bev’s card stock collection, along with many of her favorite subjects. You may also find it offered as a 5 × 7 print, matted and ready to frame.

You’re simply looking down at the grebe in this image—nothing has been altered or changed after the photograph was taken.
